eBACS created the "Institute for Global Leadership Development & Coaching" (IGLDC) based in the United States. eBACS has partnered with Asian and European firms to launch a business leadership research group that offers leadership and coaching, assessment tools, technologies, models, methodologies, and approaches for career and professional advancement for manager's and leaders world-wide. eBACS executive coaching, advisory, and consulting services are modified for each countries specific cultural and regional needs.
